ABOUT EPC
OUR STORY
In 2016, Josh and Caleb Etheridge found themselves working far from Northeast Louisiana to support their families. Driven by a desire to return to their roots, they decided to establish their own utility installation company in their hometown.
As EPC commenced operations, the founders quickly observed consistent growth while others in the industry struggled to maintain steady work. Their success stemmed from not only their commitment to safe and reliable service but also their innovative approach: consolidating diverse customer needs to keep multiple crews engaged year-round. This model resonated with network operators, eliminating the need for combining small jobs to attract external contractors.
Over the past six years, EPC has further refined this approach by offering formalized training to build local workforces in every market they serve. Recently, their model received recognition at both state and federal levels, with awards now favoring operators who utilize local talent. The results confirm that prioritizing local solutions is highly effective.
